questions.

What does a paid subscription include?

Its full monthly price becomes your avatar usage balance. Low and High usage draw from the same balance at your plan’s rates. Additional usage uses those same rates. Minutes shown on cards are estimates where marked ≈; your monetary balance determines the exact allowance.

Can I mix Low and High?

Yes. One High minute uses the same paid balance as 2.5 Low minutes. During the free trial, either model counts actual connected minutes, with no multiplier.

When does the clock start?

Connected conversation time is metered per second, including listening and silence. Startup and connections that fail before readiness are free. There is no minimum call charge.

Do unused minutes roll over?

Paid balances reset each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. The first 30 free minutes are a one-time allowance shared across your account’s avatars, not a monthly allowance. Visitors’ calls to your avatars count toward your usage.

Are voice and language models included?

These plans price the avatar video layer. Voice, LLM, vision, and telephony are separate. The calculator’s optional provider field helps estimate those costs using your own rates.
